SW lasagna

Sorry everyone

I plan to make lasagna this week but went and bought creme freche instead of fromage frais!!!
How can u make my lasagne syn free or very low in syns???
I have extra lean mince so guessing i measure that to 85g as it would be a green day?
So many recipes for slimming world lasagne i have got myself confused!

Just pick a recipe and go with it. There is a good one on www.slimmingeats.com

Remember that if you use the creme fraiche you will need to syn it - 1.5 syns per level tbsp unless it is the WW one which is half a syn.

Bf went to tesco n got me fromage frays in the end so had that
