Ok im not comparing them because we all know SW is healthier and safer.
For the past 5years I have tried 100 times over and over to stick to food replacement diets and always fail... That's why I'm now here lol. this is the first week if my SW journey and I'm really loving cooking and actually eating but the problem is I'm so use to doing VLCD that I feel like I'm failing by eating so much.
For e.g tonight I added some oxo into my SW chilli (had no syns all day) and now I feel like I've cheated. It's so strange
