syn free no cook marinade / bbq style sauce

just made this super easy recipe kinda modified from an old recipe

i used to make it with ketchup and its fab for bbqing or just on cooked meat or on chips mmmmmmm

all it is is tomato puree, woucestershire sauce (spelled wrong i know) and balsamic

mixed together im not giving quantities as i like mine really tangy just have a play until you get a taste you like

i add pepper to mine too

oh and dont forget some tomato purees are NOT syn free so WATCH OUT for that
