My mother in law told me this and its lush and said its syn free.
Whisk 2 eggs together.
Add small pot of cottage cheese.
Mix together
Place in a queche tin/cake tin. Add whatevrr ingredients you want. I like tomato. Peppers. Bacon with fat took off or vegetatian sausages. Place in oven on gas mark 4 and just cook untill mixture is not runny. Lovely with slimming world chips. Xx
