I've been following the plan to a t for the last 2 weeks. The first week only lost 1lb this week i STS.
I write down everything i eat. I check everything on the syn calculator before eating it. I have about 7 syns a day.
I am thinking of going syn free this week. Has anyone tried this?
Any help would be appreciated!
P.s i exercise as well. i do between 4-5 45 minute classes a week (in my lunch hour). Its the only time i can exercise.
