syn value for alpen light bar chocolate and fudge

All Alpen Light Bars as long as they are definitely the light ones are 3 syns each and you can take 2 as a Hex b too xxx oh and yes they are very yummy xx

Since I started SW I have been having two Alpen Light bars and an apple for breakfast everyday. It fills me up and it feels like a treat!
