Hi there - I live in Australia and have fallen off the wagon again and need to go back on Slimming World. It's winter here at the moment and I've been enjoying hot chocolates again.
We don't have Cadbury's options out here but have a brand called Jarrah. Please can someone let me know the syn value of one of these low cal hot chocolates.....
per 100ml of prepared drink - 32 cals, 1.3g of protein, 0.9g fat, 4.8g carbs
per serve 64 cals, 2.5g protein, 1.7g fat, 9.7g carbs
