Syn Value Help -Tesco Veg Lasagne & Findus Admiral Pie

Hi

Can anyone help out with the syn value of Tesco Veg Lasagne (chilled) and Findus Admiral Crumble fish pie?

I'm not starting back at Slimming World until Weds but thought I'd get into the habit and have these ready meals to use up.

Also is Quorn cottage pie 500g still 4.5 syns.

Thanx for your reply, I'll be having the lasagne for tea tonight as I've not had any syns so far today.

Sorry, I totally hashed up the name of the fish pie its Youngs Admiral Fish Crumble (frozen), so no wonder you couldn't find it.

I can only find:


Admiral's Pie, frozen, 340g pack 9½
Admiral's Salmon Crumble, Potato Topped, frozen, 300g pack 7


Low Fat Ocean Crumble, Potato Topped, frozen, 300g pack 5

If I err on the side of caution and go for 10 syns I think that should cover it
