Syn Value in Spiced Rum

Hello All I have just started back Slimming world again. I followed the plan previously lost two stone and kept it off, but need to loose another few stone and importantly keep it off. So I am going to group which was good.
Anyway.....................

I was wondering does anyone know the syn value of Morgan Spiced Rum or Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, I can knock lager on the head but not sure I can last a few weekends without a few rums and diet cokes. I'm guessing its the same as Rum but thought I best ask the question.
