Syn value on Peas.

Hi,

I can't find Peas on my free food & when I look them up in the Syn search, nothing comes up. Does anyone know the syn value for them??

Peas are free on green and extra easy but not on red. Which plan are you doing?

Also worth noting that they are not superfree so can't be counted as part of your third superfree on extra easy.

Peas are Free on EE/Green or 1 to 1.5 syns per 28g on Red, depending on type (frozen/garden/processed etc)
