Could someone please kindly tell me the Syn Value of the RW Garcia Veggie Mix Tortilla Chips

They are 125 Calories per 25g, with 5.3g fat, 0.3 saturated and 16.5g carbs, 0.6g sugars and 2.1g fibre and 2g of protein!

They are also wheat and gluten free.

I would say , that seeing as there's no free food allowance, they would be the normal 1 syn per 20 cals.

So 125 cals would be 6 syns.
