syn value please.

I've checked on the slimming world website and can't find the syn value for the frozen bags of plain rice from heron's (freezer shop) I've read the ingredients and all it says is water and rice. Does anyone know what syns they are at all? Many thanks

Basic values of chilled or frozen plain pilau rice is 1.5 per 100g cooked weight

Thing is that's pilau and if your rices is literally just rice with nothing added I can't see why it wouldn't be free!
