Syn values @ Asda

Hi there

I usually shop at tesco, but for a change I thought I would pop into asda.

Well....ive picked up a few things which maybe aren't that gr8 for the sw, but look delicious!

asda extra special beef wellington with mushroom duxelle
asda fresh taste spanish style meatballs
asda fresh taste southern fried chicken with bourbon bbq sauce
asda desert style sticky toffee pudding yoghurt
Schwartz meatball pasta bake mix
Chick Pea Dahl
birds eye salmon fish fingers

If anyone would be soooooooooooooo immensely kind to find out the syn values I will forever be in your debt!!

Beef Wellington: couldn't find the Asda ones, but the Tesco Finest one is 24.5 syns.
Meatballs: can't find asda ones but the spanish style ones from Tesco are 8 syns for a 180g pack.
Chicken and BBQ sauce: can't find these exact ones, but southern fried chicken is about 9 syns per 100g.
Pasta bake mix: 3.5 syns per pack
Chick Pea Dhal: depends on the brand...
Salmon Fingers: 1.5

It was 24 per portion- puff pastry is ridiculously high in syns!

I'm constantly amazed that people just buy whatever catches their eye without first checking the syn values. Nothing crosses my lips before I know how many syns it is going to be (lol)
