Syn Values in LIFEONLINE website?

Could someone please tell me what you have to do to check syn values on the LifeOnline website please. I've looked to see if there is already a thread, and couldn't find one...just not sure how to go about it, as I don't seem to get answers on there. thank you x

You need to be a member either online or part of a group - you sign up with a password and can then access the site. I believe that group members get given a password to use, I do mine with online membership.

What exactly is it you want to know Pollywotsit? Are you asking where on the website the syn tools are found? If so then they are under My Weight Loss Tools where you will find syns online, a snackulator and the syn calculator. There is also guidance there on how to use them

Yes I'm a member, and was told if you couldn't find something in the Food Directory, you could type it in online, but I tried and obviously did it wrong. It was for an M&S ready meal for my friend...it was one of the new ones and wasn't listed.
