syn values

this is my first posting, and I want to say a big hello to you all
and ask has anyone tried the glazed salmon from iceland (the shop not the country) ha ha
they are so yummy, but what are the syn values!!!!
they have to be high because they taste so nice
can anyone help- please

Hiya Rose :welcome: to the SW forum nice to see a new face as there does not seem to be many other people around at the moment. As for the Glazed Lamb I just looked at syns online and It does not have that on the list. If you still have the nutritional bit from the package type it on here per 100g and I should be able to get the syn value for you.
