Hi all. I love miso soup, but, I have a feeling if I use the prepackaged and dried stuff it'd be quite high in syn so I am going to make my own. For the dashi stock, the konbu (seaweed) is free but I was wondering about the dried bonito. All it is is dried fish flakes and they're discarded after soaking for a few minutes anyhow. Would I still have to syn them? Thanks very much
