Syns calculator

Im thinking of starting SW (but also have WW in mind aswell,, cant make up my mind).

Just wanted to ask, is there a syns calculator with SW, like there is with weight watchers?

Either a cardboard or online one?

theres an online one and the website is free for members but you have to pay extra for ww.

I know when you join weight watchers you get a cardboard calcualtor thingy free in your induction pack.

Is this not the case with SW? Is there only an online one?

when you join sw you get it all in your starter pack

wish i could get a calculator, my club is miles away and its a bind having to go but its the only way i can get the password for the website.

mechmanuk, why didnt you get a calcuator in your welcome pack. Doesnt evryone get one?

You don't get a calculator in a welcome pack (thats ww) but you get a fairly big list of syns in the food optimising book.

having a calculater would be handy though it's a pain logging on to the site everytime something isn't in the book perhaps we should suggest it.
