Syns help please, not sure if i should eat whats in the oven lol

I am cooking for hubby Dalepak minted lamb crispbakes, but cant find the syns in my book or online..

the NV's are
per crispbake cal 186, protein 5.6, carbs 19.1, fat 9.7, sat fat 2.8, fibre 2.1

Dalepak minted lamb grills are 6.5 syns on EE - I've never heard of crispbakes - is that something different?

is okay, I managed to find the full nutritional information online.

syn value per crispbake is as follows:

5½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
5½ Syns per package/portion on Green
6½ Syns per package/portion on Original
