Syns help please?

I dont have access to online tools right now, have had to stop classes through losing my job and being pregnant I cant afford classes.

I was wandering if any of you could tell me how many syns are in 2x nimble wholemeal and 30g of morrisons choco snaps.
I have a SW book at home but dont have it with me right now, but dont think it has everything I need in it, just basics.

The bread is 2.5 syns a slice. Can't find the choco snaps online but as it's not free food just use the 20 cals per 1 syn rule to work it out. It's probably about 6 syns?
