Syns - Help please?

Good afternoon everyone

I wondered if someone could help me please?

Hubby is likely to have Domino's Pizza this week and although I dont like Pizza I do love the sides.

I am currently at work planning my week and dont have my books.

I am looking to find out what the syns would be for Domino's Wedges and wondered if someone would be so kind and help me calculate the syns?

I have the NV (which is the same whether it is 100g or per serving)

I'm not sure what information you need so I have got everything

100g
Calories 157
Fat 6.5g
Sat Fat 3.2g
Carbs 21.9g
Fibre 2.2g
Protein 2.5g

I really hope someone is able to help, it just means I can have an honest look at the syns rather than guessing and never feeling 100% confident

If you go by the 20 calories per syn then it would be about 7.5 syns for the wedges.

Oh I thought as it is potatoes the 20cal guideline wouldn't work as Potatoes are free x

Yeah I spose its hard to work out then because I assume they cook in oil x

Pizza Hut takeaway average portion is 8? Will be as close as dammit, id be surprised if the portion was 100g as that's about 5 wedges!!
