syns in a plain sponge cake

Hi im new been doing slimming world 10 weeks now with lots of weight to lose.
Its my sons birthday and he as a plain sponge cake with thin layer of chocolate spread on top with a few milk buttons does anyone know how many syns would be in a slice please

If it is home-made then you would need to add up the syns of all the ingredients and divide it by the number of slices.

If it is shop bought then it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.
