Syns in canned soups...?

I have been having a cupboard clear out today, and i have found soooo many cans of soup!! About 15!! And i dont want to waste them. I have all sorts of different brands and types.

Do they tend to be allowed on SW? Are canned soups classed as a syn?

soups are synned and there are a few that are HEX B's it depends what they are as to their syn value. Either look them up on the SW website, search the syn forum or post them there and we'll look them up for you
