Syns in Iceland Chciken Dhansak

Hi there,

Does anyone know the number of syns in a full carton of Icelands Chicken Dhansak, please? Did the food shopping today and couldn't resist buying it but my concience is now kicking in and want to know if it'll be worth eating! lol.

Hi hun - can't find the dansak but the chicken Vindaloo is 13.5 syns and the Tikka masala is 18.5 so woudl guess it was somethere around these

Thank you for your reply. I'm disappointed that it is so high! There's only 375g in the one container (same as Indian takeaway) but SW say that on average a Dhansak is only 6.5 syns - I may aswell have takeaway tonight!
