syns in new asda 165g fat free yogurt

Hi,

I have just been to asda and bought fat free yogurts in a 4 pack. 2 toffee and 2 vanilla yogurts.
They are new 165g pots
Can someone pleeeaaaasseee find out the syns please????!!!!

the NI per 165g pot is: toffee 92cal, 6.4prot, 14.7carb, fat0.5, fat which saturates0.3,

Vanilla per 165g pot: 92cal, prot6.3, carb15.3, fat0.3, fat saturates0.2.

You need the NI per 100g to be able to input it into the sins calculator

Most fat free yogurts are free - these sound a bit like mullerlights.

The thing to check is this - do they contain sugar as an ingredient? A lot of fat free yogurts now have sugar (like Onken) so have a syn value.

These are not listed on the SW site yet, so can't be certain of the syn value.

Toffee: 56 cal, prot 3.9, carb 8.9, fat 0.3 sat fat 0.2

Vanilla 56 cal, prot 3.8, carb 9.3, fat 0.2 sat fat 0.1

Using the info above, they come out at 1 syn per pot. However, as per my previous post, they may be free!

Came out at 4 and half syns on mine, but not sure if I was doing it wrong.....

Did you add the free food allowance as yogurt? It will come out as 4.5 syns if you don't. Use the syns calculator rather than the snackulator.

The only ones i have found are:

Chosen by You Fat Free Yogurt, Vanilla, 125g pot - 2.5 syns
Chosen by You Dessert Style Yogurt, Fat Free, all varieties, 100g - Free

I just stick to WW yogurts and Muller lights when they are on offer

They are like the dessert style ones, think they are replacing them??? As they had no small pots, just these ( yes they are like mullers). Hopefully will know soon as I bought the citrus ones too!!! Hope there free???!!!!
