Hi all

Please could you tell me how many syns are in Sharwoods sweet n sour sauce and Sharwoods egg noodles?

if the noodles are just plain dry ones, then they are Free on Extra Easy or Green days.

the sauce you can work out by looking at the calories and using the 1 syn = 20 calories rule of thumb, as sauces have no free food allowance.
