no free food allwance on sauces so will be a straight 1syn per 20 cal rule

would round it up to 3 syns per 1/2 pack

Great thanks dirtydancing! I wasn't sure because I knew herbs and spices were free not had this yet but I love bang bang chicken so I have high hopes!
