Im worried i thought bachelors super noodles beef flavor was no syns on extra easy and also cheese n brocoli pasta excluding milk and butter was also free on extrra easy could someone confirm this either way

the pasta and sauce is free but i think its just the low fat supernoodles that are free, not 100% though sorry

The super noodle have to be the FAT FREE version to be free im afraid. So the beef ones will have to be synned. Not sure how many though... sorry!

the beef super noodles are 10 syns on ee and green, 26 1/2 syns red day sorry hun xx
