Thank you so much for trying. I think it would be low ish, it was couscous, pomegranate seeds, carrot humus, some lentils and some green stuff lol! I only had half the packet too as it was ickly xx

No probs, I think it will be low syns, if any, there didn't seem anything in there which would be high in syns.
