hi just wondering dose anyone use there syns as weekly rather then daily? say have one big blow out using most of there syns one night then not have any or a few a day?
can we do this?
or do we have to use 5-15 a day? and not roll any left over to the next day ?

The SW class I went to a good few of the successful members saved their syns for either the weekend or a night of their choice including the SW consultant!
 
It all depends on what works for you, if you find using them all up in one go works and you're still losing weight then carry on. It's when the weight loss comes to a stand still you shoud start trying to change things x
 
I've read a thread on this recently and it was a mixed opinion, some did and some didn't. To be honest I think you need to try it and see, if it doesn't work for you and you're seeing a poor result or no loss at all, then you need to stick to a daily syn allowance. I think with most things, it's a case of trial and error. Hope that helps :)
 
Hi . This is the third time I've done SW and, in the past, was told to use only 10 Syns per day but, this time I've joined online and it says 10-15 Syns can be used per day. If you tend to use the higher amount do you find you lose weight as quickly or steadily or should I restrict myself to 10, as before? Just don't want to mess things up! :)

Hi, people tend to experience different things. I personally find that when i use my full 15 a day i lose more, whereas some poeple find when they use 10 a day they lose more. It's all about experimenting x
