Can't find syns on SW, does anyone know?

All depends what roll you had the brand of sausage if it was a brown roll you can count it as your b I team

Sun best potatoe scone is 6 n half but you ate it enjoyed now back to the s/w plan we all have blips I find the best way to avoid it this is to plan at least two days meals so you have got it already an there
