Was just wondering if there was anything that you should but dont count the syn value of.
Like my Mum wont count syns for having a wee drink as she say once you hit 50 vodka is not a treat but a medical necessity lol

I often don't count the stock cube I put in my pasta. It's only 1 Syn and I usually forget
