HI guys can u help me please.
We are having an Indian or Chinese tonight.
Can you please give me an idea of what I can have that's relatively low in cals .
Cheers x

Indian..
Avoid things that are in sauces, go for dry things like tandoori chicken.
Stick to boiled rice, I think that's about 350 a portion whereas pilau is about 650!
NO naan, that's a ridiculous number of calories, you're looking at probably 400 each =/
Have poppadoms if you want something instead, they're about 65 calories each, depending on the size.
Choose chicken, veg or prawn over lamb or beef if you're going to have a curry, they'll be lower calories and fat. Korma and tikka masala are probably the worst for calories, think they're about 700ish each.
If you're going to have a dip, go for raita over mango chutney, it's about a third of the calories.

Chinese...
Starters are generally a no no unless you go for soup, which won't be too bad. They're about 150ish each.
Again, stick to boiled rice over egg fried rice.
And again, chicken, prawn and veg options will be better than lamb, beef or duck. Especially crispy duck as it's got all the skin and fat on still and i about 450 calories for two pancakes. Shame as it's my favourite!
Lemon sauce, oyster sauce, black bean sauce, those are probably the best sauces to choose from.

But my biggest piece of advice? Whatever you choose, enjoy it and don't feel bad for it!

Well I decided to have my favourite, chicken byriani it has about 800 or so calories but I'm still within my calorie allowance and I did go running tonight !
