Hi, just some quick questions,

1) If i want a takeaway, where can i have from?

2) from the indian can i have a chicken or lamb tika starter & a mixed kebab?

Hi princess, eating out is always a hazard, especially if you are on Induction. You'll have to ask the waiter what they use as the marinade, unfortunately many use sugar and stuff.

Thanks Jim im gonna have a chicken tika starter with a mixed kebab tonight, i wont eat any of the onions that they come with, but ill put it with lettuce.
It said something about chicken korma on that link.....cause its cream and chicken, can i?? or it that way 2 good 2 be true??

Ill just stick 2 the chicken tika starter and mixed kebab as this is fine on induction isn't it, it doesnt feel like a diet when you can have things like this haha.
