No I haven't I just avoid most of them these days. I will always have the ones in vinegar like the saltado de pescado.

Most tapas have a high percentage of oil or mayo.

You would need to know the exact ingredients to syn them and those vary from bar to bar.

Tomato Caprese is another o.k. one

tapas are so tiny I suppose they could be a treat if you didn't have dozens.
