TARGET MEMBERS...!

Did you drop your food intake a lot to get to target? I find I have to greatly reduce the amount I'm eating to get a good loss :( Please discuss... any tips? I'm still 21lbs off!
 
I didn't change anything and i got there in the end. I've had weeks when I've had a small gain and i still don't know why to this day, out bodies work in mysterious ways sometimes

I wouldn't recommend reducing what you eat, if you do that now, where do you go if you his a plateau and/or when you get closer to target

I would suggest looking at your meals and increasing your superfree. I do a lot of red days and I generally have something like pork chop or smoked haddock and 3/4 of my plate will be made up of veg. I'm always stuffed afterwards without eating loads of calories (I know we dont count calories!)
 
We don't count calories but I think recognising they are there helps ;-) I do a lot better on red days, think I'll try sticking to them mainly and then go EE for days when I need to. Thank you
 
Not at all - in fact I found increasing intake helps, more superfree, fruit and veg, and loads of fresh water.

I had a wild Christmas and as a result having to lose again and have reduced my target again.

Do not reduce your food intake unless of course you are over-eating, over-synning etc.

Have you tried increasing or more intense exercise?

Edit: just to add have reached target on two previous occasions and aiming for a third reduction, so not technically a target member so feel free to ignore me lol
 
I'm doing 3-4 intense days at the gym with walks too so think my exercise is ok. Couldn't fit any more in anyway I don't think! Water is something I'm rubbish at. Must do better on that front
 
i find eating more helps me to have a good loss. if i over think my eating...as in quantity, then it tends to affect my wi result. i eat loads, i eat 3 big meals a day plus snacks and syns. always include plenty of superfree veggies. when i was approaching target i restricted my food intake to try and get there quicker, silly me ended up having a 1.5lb gain that week because i didn't eat enough.
i'm at target now...havent adjusted my stats as i'm undecided if i want to lose another 1/2 stone or not but i eat so much food people can't believe it.
