I'll be a friday & I'm on SS. How are you finding it so far? Are you doing 4 packs or 3 & 200 cals?

I've got 3 children under 3 so really need a meal lol!!

Finding it not too bad at the mo.. on day 3 had a headache yesterday but other that that all good, how about you??

I was alright until I cooked the kids meals tonight. (I have 2, a boy 5 girl 17 months) Now I just feel not hungry but like I need something to eat of that makes sense! Really don't want to have my soup just yet!

Not too bad... tired today & have a weird feeling in my tummy... guess its b'coz its full of liquid & not food!

I'm on day 3, felt really rough yesterday but got tonnes of energy today, infact today I'm buzzing!

In an odd sort of way I'm actually enjoying not eating, but I did dream about eating last night, was very odd. I dreamt I was eating victoria sponge and I don't even like it!

I have 4 young children too they are 10, 9, 7 and 4. I'm also a childminder so I'm always preparing food, not even tempted to nibble though.

I used to childmind too... infact 3 years ago I did my first vlcd & lost 6 stone in 4 months whilst childminding & I was the same didn't even feel tempted to nibble!

This time I'm determind not to put it all back on... looking forward to getting back to the not being tempted again tho! x

Yeah not too bad so far.. Day 4 today and have stopped feeling hungry so hoping thats a good sign!

I've woken up with a headache today but am in ketosis according to my stick this morning! Hurrah!

Well done, I did a test this morning its really light pink so think Im guna leave it til tomoro then test again! Shame you have headache just keep with the water! Well done for getting this far xx
