Tesco BBQ pulled pork (chilled, 800g per pack)

I'd read this was free on here but I think the free one is frozen and in a 500g pack

Can anyone tell me the syns in this one? Need to work out if it's worth it or if I'm donating this to my dad

It's an 800g pack, I've listed the nutrition info per 100g (cooked weight trimmed of all fat) below:

Protein: 26.3g
Carbs: 2.4g
Fat: 12.3
Fibre: 0.5g
