Had to pop into Tesco's today to pick up some lunch as didn't have the time or incentive to actually plan my lunch last night. (big mistake!)
I've picked up the Tesco Health Living - Mediterranean Chicken Salad 260g as was the healthiest looking pre-made pasta/salad I could find. Is someone able to tell me the syn value so that I can keep track with my food diary?
The nutritional values are
PER PACK:
Kcal - 249
Fat - 4.2g
Saturates 0.8g
Sugars - 6.5g
Salt - 0.4g
It's essentially salad leaves, mixed peppers, sweetcorn, wholemeal pasta, tomato and balsamic dressing (which I haven't eaten) and the chicken looks to be coated in a tomato flavouring.
