Just wondered if anyone knew the syn value for the 400g frozen chicken and pasta bake, I'm following the EE plan at home

Thanks for ur help, just trying to find a few easy things to take to work as I work shifts. Sorry to ask again but do u know the syns for morrisons eat smart/ nu me: tomato and mascarpone pasta?
