Does anyone know how many syns are in a tesco mini roast ham joint. ( 500g)
There must be quite a few as its cured in sugar

does it say how many calories or in it by weight? theres 1 syn to every 20 calories.

I think it would be quite low - but not easy from the values on your pic - can you give them per 100gr (probably on the back of the pack) and include protein - Ta
