Hi, i started sw on Sat and have a question about Tesco slightly sparkling spring water. I have the orange, lemon & lime, Apple & raspberry ones and just wondered if they are free or have syn values. I have checked sw online and on here but can't an answer.

what's the nutritional info? did you put it into the syn calculator, if it isnt in the database?

I'm on WW but have read on here they are 0 syns.. But double check to be sure..

Just look at calories, will be 1 syn for every 20
