Tesco Value Fruit Jam

Hey all,

Ive tried searching for geeric jam syns on here but it was a little overwhelming!

Can someone please help me out with the syn value of Tesco Fruit Jam? Its a mixture of different currents.

Just use 1 syn for every 20 calories - it works for everything without a free food allowance

I should have known better! 2 syns per tablespoon.
