Oh no... I have eaten a whole pack of
this with my salad today, and it's just occurred to me that it might not be free... (I'm on a Red day today)

Can anyone tell me the syn value of the pack please:

Fat 1.8g (saturates 0.6g)

it doesnt show it as value in the food diary but says free!
