Highlights of 2012:
Besides losing weight, i would have to say that running 37.5K on the cross trainer in the gym is my highlight, i would have died trying that years ago, it just goes to show how my fitter and healthier i am now, and how everything has been worth it.

Lowpoints of 2012:
Back in october i had a cancer scare, it freaked me out for a few weeks. alot more then people knew (the very few that know about it). But after a while waiting for my doctor to tell me what it was, i was fine it was nothing to worry about. But still a very scary time (check yourself ladies and gentlemen)
