I've known about this for years but suddenly its all over!!

the last one i watched was Australia Season 1 on Skyreallives last year. Even now my daughter asks if we can watch Adro(winner)!! :cry:

I dont know about the TV show, but I am hooked to the exercise DVD! Very hard but very rewarding!

The Aus one (S4 i think) started on Sky real lives last night 9pm but im swerving it as all my other fave TV shows are back and DH is getting a big cross with all my stuff clogging up the box

I download the current S9 of the USA one though and watch it on my laptop but its on a break cause of the Olympics at the min

It's amazing how much weight they lose, just always wonder if they keep it off...
