Size 16 Will Do

Hi everyone
I re-joined weight watchers last wednesday and have 1st weigh in tomorrow.
Thought I would start a food diary on here as well.
Have managed ok on my 29PP, the last time I was at weight watchers I was on 39PP a day I think.
SInce September last year I have changed my mindset and managed to lose over 5 stone! Never thought it possible for me after years and years of being up and down.
I have been a bit complacent the last few months, sunshine = more wine and only lost about 4 or 5lb since May.
So I decided to go back to weekly weigh in's at group to see if that helps me get rid of this last bit.
My original goal was size 16 which I have achieved, then it was to lose 100lb so that is my focus at the minute.
I have had a great week. Most days used my PP a couple of days a few under and have used 8 weeklies. weigh in tomorrow and out for a meal for my birthday so will use the rest of the weeklies then.
I have exercised loads, gym every day and walking and bike.
Look forward to posting my food diary and looking out for any advice on it.
