Good evening folks,

I'm on a mission to lose 8st - I've decided WW online is going to help me get to my goal weight of 12st... I don't know when this will happen, but I hope it won't take me too long!

A little about me, I'm 25 and I recently got married in Jamaica. My hubby and I are trying for our first baby, but I have PCOS and it's making our journey a tad bit difficult.

I'm hoping that by writing a food diary, I'll be able to keep myself on track and see if/where I go wrong.

I look forward to getting to know you all during my (long) weight loss journey!!!

Lunch:
Boots Shapers Chicken Caesar Salad - 5pp
Walkers Worcester Sauce French Fries - 3pp
Carrot Sticks

Dinner:
Sausage Casserole - 11pp
3 casserole sausages, 1 tin tomatoes, 2 peppers, 1 onion, garlic & chilli
Rice - 7pp

Snacks:
WW Bakewell Slice - 2pp
3 Mini Babybels - 6pp

TOTAL: 37/45

I've felt full all day - I think I'm going to struggle eating all my points.

Walkers Salt and Vinegar Squares - 3pp

Meatballs & Sauce - 11pp
6 meat balls, 1 tin tomatoes, 1 pepper, 1 onion, garlic & chilli
Pasta - 10pp

Snacks:
Curly Wurly- 3pp
Pomegranate

TOTAL: 36/45

Still struggling to use my points up - has anyone any ideas how I can use more points? Does it really matter if I don't use them all?
 
You should try and use all your points as it may help your weight loss. Do you drink? I find a glass or 2 of wine make mine disappear pretty quickly ;) or perhaps larger portions?

i too am 25 and am gettin married next yr eekkk i am SO excited haha!
i am on 42 points a day (was on 43 and they went down one! woohoo lol). I found it hard to begin with to use my points BUT i was told by so many people and by Joyce the lovely lady who weighs me i am to use all of them everyday and try use my weeklys as well!
i bulk my food out sometimes, if i have a ham salad for lunch i will put one boiled egg in to add points and have some ww crisps. then at night i would normally weigh out some bombay mix or have a chocolate bar or WW pudding! i no it feels like ur eating loads but try and use all ur points! i worry i wont b eating anything when i get 2 26points lol!
sometimes i use Oil and point that 2 add points or i use more milk ect! u wil get use 2 it hun!
Like today i am as i type havin some wine :) which i dnt have all the time but normally do have on saturdays!
i now use all my points daily and then my weeklys i use all or half of them!

What is ur wiegh in day?

here for support and u will do great (jus make sure u eat all ur points lol!)
