The honeymoon's over!

So im back - a married woman!! Used fab red days to get me into my wedding dress but that was 5 wks ago; 5 wks of eating and drinking all sorts of cr@p - 2 of which were in gorgeous kefalonia but now Im feeling fat and horrible and need to get back on the plan to lose a belly which i has appeared from nowhere!
Havnt been near the scales but it feels like a stone!!!! Going to stick at it for the next 7wks till my friends wedding to hopefully get back to where i was.
I found red days work well for me but will throw in the odd green or EE.

Just finishing off the icecream ready for day 1 tmro!!
 
Day 1 Mon

Bk scrambled eggs; milk in coffee HEA tsp sugar 1syn

lunch cottage cheese and ham salad, apple

snack Greek Muller 0.5syns

tea chicken breast
wholemeal roll HEB

... and lots and lots of water!

glass of wine 6.5syns

= 8

Note: Forgot I have some melon to use up so having that to snack on too!
 
Tues - red day

Bk - Greek Muller 0.5 and melon

lunch - chicken thighs & salad shape yogurt.


tea - lamb & lentil curry with grilled courgette (weve got loads from our neighbours garden!!)

HEA - milk
HEB - 110g boiled lentils
tsp sugar - 1syn (so worth it in my morning coffee)
1.5 tbsp curry paste - 3syn

OMG! the curry was gorgeous! Loved it.

HEA - skimmed milk
1tsp sugar - 1syn

lunch - chicken thigh and ff cottage cheese salad, shape yogurt

tea - bolognaise with parmesan HEA

Right - confession time. didnt log yesterday as it was very much off plan! Today is a new day though!!

Green today

milk - HEA
Bk - yogurt and peach

lunch - ff super noodles with added veg, apple

tea - ham HEB, courgette, tomato & onion omlette with 42g low fat cheddar HEA
