Hey all,

So I was thinking we could start a thread with our mini goals listed so that we can tick them off throughout the year on our way to goal!

Here are mine.

My 2018 Goals
16.0 - 224 - 7lbs - 2018 :classic_big_grin:
15.7 - 217 - 14lbs - 2018 :classic_big_grin:
15.6 - 215 - 5% - 2018 :classic_big_grin:
15.0 - 210 - 21lbs - 2018 :classic_big_grin:

My 2019 Goals
14.7 - 203 - 28lbs - 11.01.19 :classic_big_grin:
14.7 - 203 - 10% - 11.01.19 :classic_big_grin:
14.0 - 196 - 35lbs - 06.02.19 :classic_big_grin:
14.0 - 196 - 15% - 06.02.19 :classic_big_grin:
13.7 - 189 - 42lbs
13.0 - 182 - 49lbs
13.0 - 182 - 20%
12.7 - 175 - 56lbs
12.2 - 170 - 25%
12.0 - 168 - 63lbs
11.7 - 161 - 70lbs
11.5 - 159 - 30%
11.0 - 154 - 77lbs
10.7 - 147 - 84lbs
10.7 - 147 - 35%
10.0 - 140 - GOAL

Separately to this I have set myself some date specific goals;

12.13 - My Birthday Goal - I want to achieve this by 01.03.19 - Update 06.02.19 - No way will I achieve this due to a binge all weekend :classic_mad::classic_mad::classic_mad:
10.13 - My Majorca Goal - I want to achieve this by 12.07.19

So I have 5lbs to lose to hit my next mini goal and 20lbs to lose to hit my birthday goal!

I have 7 WI's to hit my birthday goal so hoping for a better loss than I had this week which was 2lbs.

Hey - thought I would join for a bit of motivation - I am going on holiday in July - I would like to be close to goal at that point.

My 2019

Start weight - 214 Goal weight 154

207 - Achieved - 2/2/2019
200 - Achieved - 9/9/2019

So these are the 2 goals I am working towards right now;

* 14.0 - 196 - 35lbs
* 12.13 - My Birthday Goal - I want to achieve this by 01.03.19.

Had my WI on Friday and I only lost 1lb :classic_frown:

I feel like this birthday goal is going to be impossible if I keep losing at this rate.

A loss is a loss and at least you are closer to goal! I will weigh in on Friday! So far I have stuck to plan. I didn’t get the keto flu which was a bonus! I am managing on 3 packs a day. Initially I thought I would prefer the shakes - but I am finding it good to mix up my day with the porridge, soup and dinner packs.
 
You are right.

Will try to WI tomorrow if I can in Boots, I like to use the same scales all the time.

I tried the Red Thai Chicken soup and the first time I had it I hated it then the 2nd time I enjoyed it :classic_err_what:

Anyway main thing is it's good to have something hot!

I have 3 weddings to attend this year, April, July and November
I am new dresses for each wedding and every dress to be a smaller size than the previous, Currently in a size 22 dress and would love to fit a size 18 for the first wedding
 
Aw fab COBhob14, they are spaced out quite well for you to be able to do that aswell.

Have you got your eye on a specific dress yet?

Yeah, the July one is a matching mother and daughter dress from I want that Trend and November is a Red lace number from Next
 
Okay so I weighed early this week because I went out for lunch yesterday to celebrate getting my divorce papers signed.

I was 13st 11lbs which is a 4lb loss this week.

I have 3 WI's left to lose 12lbs..............................

Not sure I am going to get there but I am going to give it my best shot!

You go this is worth doing and you can achieve so much look how far you have come already . I is shooting for you
 
Oh defo will.

It was my slow losses at the beginning that's kinda held me up, either way I am putting 100% effort in.

I will not be a fatty when I go on holiday in July!
