the more you eat

As far as I know your body doesn't store protein and because you don't eat any carbs it uses the body's fat reserves for energy
 
Also because the molecular structure of protein is very complex your body uses more energy to absorb it.
 
I feel that it definitely works in the beginning but I wonder if calories start to become more important the closer to target weight you get.

I personally found that the eating more to lose more stopped working for me in the end. Having said that, it became very difficult to lose anything no matter what I did.

It will be interesting to see what I find and what I will need to do on Monday morning!:eek: :eek:

Has anyone found that eating more has worked when approaching a lower BMI?
